Nearly 30 speakers, over 150 participants, and a full day of discussions on cutting-edge AI technologies—that’s how the first edition of LLMday Warsaw unfolded on February 12, 2026, at CIC Warsaw.
The conference brought together IT professionals working with large language models across a wide range of industries—from startups and product companies to major tech enterprises. The program featured two parallel tracks, with presentations and panel discussions focusing on the practical aspects of working with large language models.
Topics included building, testing, fine-tuning, optimizing, and deploying models. Speakers shared real-world solutions running in production, experiments that produced unexpected results, and mistakes that turned out to be pivotal learning points.

The event showed that the AI community in Poland is growing fast and eager to exchange practical knowledge. Participants not only attended talks but also connected with peers in the industry and continued conversations beyond the stage, laying the groundwork for future collaboration.
We thank all our partners, speakers, and participants for sharing their expertise and engaging in such valuable discussions. This is just the beginning of the conversation about AI in practice—and we look forward to continuing it in the future.
