More website functions

In the pioneering times of the Internet in Poland, FILMFORUM.PL already has its own discussion forum and a constantly expanded resource of links to sites devoted to film (the “Singpost” section).

2000

Development of the FILMFORUM.PL website

The website becomes a place of contact between amateur filmmakers and industry professionals. This is the purpose of the “Regular Guests” section, in which statements by professionals giving advice to novice filmmakers and sharing their knowledge of film creativity are posted.

New thematic sections

Thematic sections are created on FILMFORUM.PL: “Your experiences” and “Filmówk @ Filmforum”. The first of them publishes tips and experiences of filmmakers presented on the website. The second section contains advice on the theory of film production.

1999

FILMFORUM.PL is created

The first version of the website (written in HTML) is the work of Rafał Buks, the main originator and author of the navigation system and portal structure. Olaf Młyński is the co-creator of the website.
