Submit a film for the 12th SOLANIN FILM FESTIVAL 2020
The call for films for the 12th SOLANIN FILM FESTIVAL is starting. Amateurs, professionals and students of film schools can already submit their stories, documentaries and animations for competition in three competitions: independent, off and animated.
The 12. Solanine prize pool is PLN 5,000, while the winner of GRAND PRIX will receive PLN 3,000. The recruitment lasts until April 30.
Changes are taking place in the formula of the competition, which is presented by the Director of Solanin Film Festival, Konrad Paszkowski:
We are continuing changes in the solanine competitions that we initiated two years ago. This year we decided to limit the length of films in the Off and Animated Competition to 45 minutes. Again, we are counting on ambitious productions of students and graduates of Polish film schools, but also enthusiasts who create their image outside the mainstream. The Independent Competition is intended for amateurs and self-taught people up to the age of 21, and the maximum duration of uploaded films cannot exceed 20 minutes. Both professionals and amateurs will compete in the Animated Cinema competition. The path of evolution Solanin has become a festival with short competitions, but we do not forget about full-length films and we hope that in the future I will be able to launch the Debuts Competition.
Not to mention anymore – as always, we count on your support in the Solanin off mission and strong CURRENT AT THE CINEMA!
Solanin is waiting for films until April 30, 2020!
