The aim of the project is to take, through film art, preventive actions directed at children, young people, educators and local organizations and institutions. The idea of ​​the project is to educate young people through contact with art. The project’s task is also to provide equal opportunities in access to socio-cultural activities of young people from smaller centers who want to develop their creativity while gaining skills and improving qualifications.
As part of the event there are two film competitions:

Short feature films (up to 40 minutes) produced by professional filmmakers or students and graduates of art schools can be submitted to the Main Festival Competition. The films selected as a result of the selection will compete for the Main Award – ZŁOTY ŁUCZNIK.

The goal of the HYDE PARK Jet Film Competition is to promote aspiring amateur filmmakers and to present short films that do not fall into the standard genre classification.

The festival program will also include – as every year – open film workshops for young people, outdoor screenings, meetings with specialists from individual film fields, exhibitions and a children’s section presenting the classics of Polish animation.

The film workshops are an opportunity to walk the entire path of film creation under the watchful eye of recognized filmmakers and professional technicians – from the idea to the public, solemn premiere during the festival closing gala. Two groups of young adepts of film art, using professional equipment, will make short films and will have the opportunity to create a harmonious team.

For years, the workshops have been organized in cooperation with the Mazovian Provincial Police Headquarters based in Radom, which provides organizational facilities and logistical support during ongoing trainings. The implementation of outdoor scenes with the participation of special police units and professional stuntmen is also a great attraction.
