From September 19, 2023 you can submit your movie for the International Short Film Competition of the 22nd edition of CINEMAFORUM. The deadline is October 6, 2023.
The next edition of CINEMAFORUM Short Film Festival is coming! From November 22 till November 26 at Warsaw’s Atlantic cinema, you’ll be able to see the best shorts from different corners of the globe, which have triumphed at the world’s most prestigious film festivals. You want to see your movie among such an honorable productions? Send your application to CINEMAFORUM by October 6, 2023.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR FILM?
If you want to make a submission, read the Rules and Regulations of the Competition, and then fill out and send the entry form via cinemaforum.pl website.
The International Short Film Competition is open to:
- feature films (including animations) of any subject made in any film genre;
- films produced within 2 years before the closing date of the call for entries;
- films with a runtime not exceeding 40 minutes.

The shortlisted titles will be published by October 13, 2023. The names of the winners will be announced on November 26, 2023 at the final ceremony of 22. CINEMAFORUM Short Film Festival.
The organiser of the festival is the FILMFORUM Association.
The project is co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage
from the Fund for the Promotion of Culture and from the funds of the City of Warsaw. The festival is co-financed by the Polish Film Institute.
The main festival venue is the Atlantic cinema in Warsaw.
The Andrzej Wajda Centre For Film Culture is the main partner of the event.
The programming partners of the festival are: Mazovia Warsaw Film Commission, Mazovia Institute of Culture, American Film Festival and British Council. BEIKS Machulski is the technological partner of the project.
