Youth Reportage Workshops
A series of free workshops devoted to film reportage and Warsaw’s urban tissue.
Workshops can become the first step towards a dream profession for future journalists, reporters, cinematographers and film editors. The lecturers and artistic supervisors of the workshops are recognized professionals dealing with the art of documentary and reportage.
So far, substantive care over the project has been taken by: Maria Zmarz- Koczanowicz (director of documentary films, screenwriter, doctor of film art), Paweł Łoziński (director of documentary films), Maciej Cuske (director and screenwriter), Jolanta Wiszniewska (journalist and television producer), Mateusz Górny (operator of POLSAT Television), Anna Zamecka (European Film Award winner, director), Przemysław Chruścielewski (editor, among others, Jan Komasa’s Corpus Christi), Marta Sikorska (PR specialist at the Warsaw Film School), Marcin Kot Bastkowski (film editor), and Rafał Listopad (film editor).
Participation in the project gives young people a chance to create their first, original expression, raising issues related to their place of residence – thematically and visually embedded in the realities of the modern capital.
