8. O!PLA Animation Festival has chosen the nominees!
We present the names of people nominated for the Jan Machulski Awards awarded during the O!PLA Festival.
On February 21 – April 10, 2020 in several cities (including partly online, after the introduction of quarantine), shows were held as part of the O!PLA Festival. Nominations for Jan Machulski Awards were received by Grand Prix winners in the categories: professional, student and OFF&GO! The O! PLA 2020 Grand Final was broadcast live on the internet. As every year, the judges were the audience.
O! PLA is one of the festivals that grant nominations for the Jan Machulski Awards.
Nominations for Jan Machulski Awards in Best Animated Film category went to:
• Piotr Milczarek for the film “Deszcz”,
• Julia Orlik for the film „Quidquid Latine dictus sit, altum videtur”,
• Kajetan Pochylski for the film “Ostatnie kino”.
