ABOUT FILMFORUM

A teacher of Polish, tutor, and coach in national programmes related to film and media education, who received the Polish Film Institute Award in education. With students and other teachers, he created a cinema in the Radom Complex of Construction Schools, where he carries out several of his own projects: filmmaking workshops for young people, intergenerational film meetings for children and their relatives, a Teachers’ Film Club, a Film Academy for Trade Schools, and film lessons. He originated journalism workshops, which he organises and teaches cyclically during the International Gombrowicz Festivals at Teatr Powszechny in Radom. He has served as a jury member at the KinoLub, Kino w Trampkach, and Ale Kino film festivals. He conducted stop-motion animation workshops at Pracownia Nowych Mediów (New Media Workshop). He coordinates volunteers at the International Film Meetings KAMERALNE LATO. He is a collaborator of Ogólnopolskie Stowarzyszenie Kadry Kierowniczej Oświaty (National Association of Education Managers) as the co-organiser of annual Congresses and Conferences. He creates the Mobilny Polonista materials for the Operon publishing house and lesson plans for the Legalna Kultura and Edukacja Filmowa websites. He conducts training for Boards of Teachers as an advisor for the Mazowieckie Samorządowe Centrum Doskonalenia Nauczycieli (Mazovian Regional Teacher Development Centre).
