ABOUT FILMFORUM

A graduate in Polish Philology and Film Studies from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. For many years, he has been involved with institutions promoting film culture. He has collaborated with Mayfly, Gutek Film, and Dystrybucja Mówi Serwis Contact, among others. He served as an editor for the Polish Filmmakers Association website for several years. He has authored educational scripts, interviews, and film studies articles, published in Magazyn Filmowy SFP. He has worked both behind and in front of the camera, conducting interviews with Polish cinematic and media icons, and producing reports from cultural events and film sets for TVP Kultura, where he was responsible for marketing activities. A film reviewer and enthusiast of cultural tourism, he has produced dozens of cultural events, including concerts for Kult, T.Love, Ania Dąbrowska, Waglewski Fisz Emade, Muniek I Przyjaciele, Zakopower, Stanisław Soyka, Vadim Brodski, and Raz Dwa Trzy. He is also involved in film education, presenting archival technologies for playing audiovisual materials. An avid fan of history and architecture, he collects VHS cassettes.
