A cultural events producer. She has organised several film festivals, screenings, and workshops, and is a Polish short film promoter and advocate. She is a programmer and selector for the short film contests HYDE PARK and WYSOKIE LOTY within the KAMERALNE LATO festival, the Polish Short Film Contest within the Freedom Film Festival, and the Short Film Contest at the WAMA Film Festival in Olsztyn. Since 2012, she has been organising screenings of independent music videos during the CINEMAFORUM Short Film Festival. She has collaborated on promoting and implementing several events showcasing young Polish cinema, both in Poland and internationally. Since 2020, she has served as the Curator of the Jan Machulski Awards. She is a graduate in information science and library studies at the University of Warsaw, and completed a postgraduate course in project management at the Warsaw School of Economics and Studium Realizacji Telewizyjnej (Television Production Studies) at the National Centre for Culture, Poland. From 2008 to 2021, she was an expert for Enterprise Europe Network – a global support network for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). From 2021 to 2024, she headed the European Digital Innovation Hub WAMA EDIH project. She has over twenty years of experience in carrying out research and development, educational, and enterprise support projects. She is the Director of the KOSMOPOLIS Institute. She is a recipient of the Decoration of Honour Meritorious for Polish Culture.
